Week 1 - BSIT - 400-T320 Cloud Computing & Governance - Introduction
My name is Andrew Martin, I have a few years of experience in the IT world. I was at a technical school for 2 years Southeast tech where my major was Information Technology Security. I found myself getting a job for the City of Sioux Falls where I worked as tech support. Mainly taking phone calls and updating software as well as reimagining computers for departments. About three months ago I accepted a job within the city of Sioux Falls as an Application Specialist, supporting a few different software applications called EnerGov and Tyler311, these are both under the Tyler Technologies umbrella of software. I am very excited to start the next step in my education journey as well as learn my new job which is hopefully a career job.
